Here is my card:
I used Lovely as a Tree for my stamped image and colored it with markers to get both colors on the tree. Looks pretty lifelike in person! I used the snowflake embossing folder on the small strip of Whisper White and framed it with one strip of Cherry Cobbler and one of Real Red. I used a Chocolate Chip marker to create faux stitching along the edges and added buttons and a ribbon. I think this would be a fun and easy card to mass produce for Christmas! I like this color combo.

I have a full day left ahead of me so I better run! Hope your Monday is full of sunshine and happy things! I will be back soonest with more to share!

ReplyDeleteI really love the use of the two reds edging the button panel piece. It's a very subtle way to introduce color. Thanks for sharing your talent with us at the Create With Connie and Mary Saturday Challenge. Elizabeth
ReplyDeleteI especially like how you used both reds behind the vertical strip. I've never thought to do this and may just have to CASE! Thanks for entering your card in the Create with Connie and Mary Holiday Edition challenge!
