Happy scrap-day!

Hello there!!  Do you happen to have a big ole' pile of scraps sitting on your desk or in a box next to your desk?  Well, today is the day to drag them out and put them to use!!  My card today uses almost all scraps and I cannot tell you how good it feels to use some of them up!!  Today is also the last of my cards showcasing the Coffee Cafe set...our stamp of the week set!  Want to see what I made?

I must admit that I stepped (ok...plummeted!) way out of my comfort zone for this one!!  I like symmetry and nice clean, subtle lines and although I do love fun patterns, not usually so much  all at once!  I went a little pattern heavy today, but I think I like it! LOL

I made the coffee cups using a fun trick I found on Pinterest...gotta love Pinterest, right?  I used the "C" from the Large Letters Framelits to make the handles!!  The background paper is from the Petal Passion DSP package.  That entire package is simply beautiful!!  It is all black and white patterns!  For the first time in a really long time, I love every piece in the pack...front and back!!

The heart is from the Wood Crate Framelits and I stamped it with the mesh looking stamp from Best Birds to dress it up and then added a Silver accent dot from the Silver Glimmer paper.  I also used the flower stamp from that set to decorate my coffee cups!

Here they are together!  It is true too...coffee with a friend is simply the best!

Here are all of the supplies I used to make my card today:

I hope you have a weekend full of fun planned!  I am off to see what we are going to get into!!  Have a wonderful day!

I will be back soonest with more to share!
