Hello there! Happy Friday to you! This week has just flown by! I made a card this morning that I wanted to share with you. I am so sad to say that this is one of the stamp sets that we will be saying goodbye to at the end of May. It is just so darn cute and I haven't used it nearly as much as I would have liked to have (so many stamps...so little time!!). It is called Bird Banter and has all kinds of fun possibilities. Here is the card I made today:
My card base is Wild Wasabi and my layers are the Tutti Frutti (so cute!) DSP, Whisper White and Basic Black. I layered 3 different pieces of the DSP to get this bright, background and then glued the main image panel on top of it all. I stamped the sentiment on the bottom corner and it says, "You're the kind of friend that I'd share my branch with!" I love that!!
I used the Lots of Labels Framelits for the main image panel and then matted it against the next larger size in Basic Black. I am really, really (REALLY!!) going to hate to see these guys retire! I added a few gold glimmer accent dots using a standard hole punch for a little bit of sparkle.
