Christmas card Sunday!

Hello there!!  How are your Christmas cards coming along?!  What's that?!  You haven't started them yet?  No big deal!!  You can jump in now with me and get started on them!  You still have plenty of time before the holiday chaos to get them done.  I have been trying to make 1 or 2 a week since the beginning of the year to try to get ahead of the holiday madness game.  Feel free to jump in now with me and let's make some Christmas magic happen!  Here are the cards I made this week:

My card base is Granny Apple Green and my layers are Whisper White, Real Red and Soft Suede.  These make a lovely Christmas color combo!  I embossed the Whisper White using the Swirls and Curls embossing folder and cut out all the die cut pieces using the Detailed Deer Thinlits and the Layering Circles Dies.  Isn't that deer just too handsome?! He looks so regal!

I added a strip of Real Red topped with a smaller strip of Copper Foil and it just made the card pop!  I added 3 small copper accents to balance everything out and pull the whole color combo together!  The sentient is from the Dashing Deer stamp set.  Then I added teeny little white dots to each of the scallops using a gel pen.  I think it is those little details that really give a projet that extra oomph!

I made two this week!  Yay!  Go me!  The holidays will be here before we know it and every little bit helps!!

Here are all of the products that I used to make my cards today:

I'd love for you to play along with me!  Let's make some Christmas cheer!!  Pull out all of your Christmas stamps and make a card or two.

I am off to make the best of the rest of the weekend!  I will see you right back here soonest though for more crafty fun!
