Hello! Happy Fall! : )
I LOVE Fall! I love to watch the leaves change and feel that crispness in the air! So on Wednesday my Home School group had a Welcome Fall party! We had a ton of fun! We played games and had wheel barrow and three legged races! We had a Pumpkin Seed spitting contest, bobbed for apples, made crafts and had a ton of fall food (including candy apples and apple cider!). I asked each family to bring a Fall contribution and everyone did a great job! I made 25 little baskets and filled them with candy! I also made cupcakes and added these cute Fall cupcake toppers! Hope that each of you is enjoying the beginning of the Fall season! : )
Recipe:
Paper: Fall pack of generic paper and matching DSP
Ink: SU! Cranberry Crisp, More Mustard and Only Orange
Extras: Round Scallop punch, Circle Punch, Pop dots and Scalloped Edge Punch
Wow, girl you've been busy! I love your treat baskets and cupcake toppers!! Awesome!
ReplyDeleteI want to thank you for hosting such a great ATC swap on SBS2. You were so kind to pay for the postage and the stamp. I really appreciate it. We must do it again someday!!

you've been so busy! What a fun theme party for your homeschoolers!
ReplyDeleteI so agree that fall is a wonderful time of year. The crisp cool air, the apples and pumking...being able to bake and do some canning.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you all had a fun time at the fall celebration! It is so nice that home schooling has become accepted and that groups can be formed. It was not like that the few years I homeschooled mine and they remember well not having that fellowship outside of church.
Thanks for sharing you party with us.
Also,I love reading your comments on my blog, thank you for visiting it ;o)

Gorgeous projects! Those baskets are ultra adorable & the cupcakes! So CUTE! What fun to have a welcome fall party. I was just in Ontario for a bit of fall (it's not the same in BC but we have our own lovely things to be grateful for.) I love the smell of the leaves in the air at home though...
