Hail and some bunny love!

Hello!  Hope you are enjoying the weekend!  We have had a great weekend so far. :)  Let me tell you about our day yesterday!!  Hubby and I have 4 kids.  We center our lives around our children...we always have!  We try to be the kind of parent's that offer unconditional support to our kiddo's in everything that they do!  We spend hours at functions, watching, volunteering our time, cheering loudly etc. We love it and wouldn't have it any other way!  So, that being said...let me explain the depth of our love for our kids!! (LOL)  Yesterday we stood in arctic like temperatures for over an hour and a half getting drenched to the bone so we could watch two of our children play soccer ( a game they truly *heart*). About 10 minutes into the game the sky got really angry looking and then it happened!!  It started out as a light mist and then the sky opened up and the wind blew and it started to sleet and then hail!!    It was hailing hard enough that our keeper couldn't even see the ball!!  The wind was blowing the rain and hail sideways!  It was dark and wet and cold and...totally worth it! Our kids said the weather was miserable, but the game was one of their favorites to date!  Their team won 7-1. :)  Here is a picture of the game taken from my phone:

Look closely and you can see the hail! :)  These poor kids were like soccer-cicles by the end of the game!

Ok, on to some craft-y stuff! Once we got home and thawed out I headed to my craft space. I was feeling bunny inspired so I poked around on line and found a really cute bunny face made by Amy of Stamp with Amy.  Here is the one I made using her's as an example:

I thought she would be really cute as a whole bunny so I added a body and stuck her onto my card!  Here she is:

Recipe:
Stamps: Three Little Words
Paper: Crumb Cake, Tempting Turquoise, Garden Green, Dafodill Delight, Melon Mambo, Blushing Bride and Whisper White
Ink: Wild Wasabi and Chocolate Chip
Extras: 1/2", 3/4", 1" Circle punches, Hole punch, Small and Medium Oval punches, 2" Scallop punch, Scallop border edge punch, 2 Step Bird punch and pop dots

I sponged around all of the pieces of the body and cut the strip of grass with scissors.  I pop dotted her nose and head to give the card layers.  I think she is just adorable!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!!  Hope that it is hail free and bunny-full! :)  I will be back soonest with more to share!
