Fun folded flower!

Hello!  Is it raining on you?!  It has been raining all afternoon here!  Gray skies and cool weather just beg for an afternoon at the craft table!  Sadly, I do not have an entire afternoon to spend crafting, but I did steal away for long enough to work on a scrap book page! :)  I also did some fancy, fun, flower folding to add to this page!  I saw these flowers in a Stampin' Success magazine and couldn't wait to try them.   I worked on a 12 x 12 page today!  Definitely more space to work with than the 8x8's!   Here is my page:

The flowers are made from the circle punch.  You fold the sides in to make an ice cream cone shape and then adhere them to a card stock circle.  Using double sided paper gives you two colors in one flower.

Close up!

Flower #2.

I hope that if your skies are cloudy and gray that you are able to spend some time at your craft table today!  Have a great day!

  1. Love this page Ann Marie, and those flowers!!!!. I'll try to look through my magazines to see how to do them, If not I'll ask you. I love fun folded flowers but the ones I do are too thick and are not good for scrapbooks. This are ideal for the pages.. Very nice!!!
