ABC Challenge!

Monday, Monday, Monday and that means it is time for another ABC Challenge!!  Wooo Hooooo!  Today's challenge is to make a Mother's Day card. Lots of opportunity to stretch your creativity on this one! Here is one that I made:

I had Vintage in mind when I set out, but my colors wound up being too bright!  I did grunge up the flower a bit and did some sponging around the edges of everything, but I think I missed the mark on Vintage! LOL

I used the Fancy Flower Big Shot die to make my flower and embossed the Vanilla and Green pieces of card stock.  The butterflies are from the Papillion Potpourri stamp set and I added one of those oh so pretty ribbon lace roses!  Love, love, love those!!!

Here is a close up picture to show some of the details.  I had a good time with this challenge!

Be sure to head on over to ABC Challenges and check out the beautiful cards from my talented design team members!  Your turn!  Make a card and link it on up!  We would love to have you play along!

Hope you have a peachy day today!  I am off, but will be back soonest with more to share!

  2. What a gorgeous card! I bet if you switch out the white cs with vanilla cs it might work as a more vintage look, but it's GORGEOUS as is!
