Hello, how are you today? I attended my demo meeting this weekend and one of the things we do is to have a swap. The theme changes every month and this month it was for sympathy cards. I don't like to make these cards, because it usually means someone is sad. I do make them and give them though because although they never seem like a big enough gesture they at least let the people receiving them know that they are not alone. It seemed appropriate to post this today with the terrible senseless tragedy that happened in Boston yesterday. As with most sad situations words seem inadequate, but the sentiment is certainly there. My heart and warmest thoughts go out to the people of Boston and their very sad day yesterday.

ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful! Sympathy cards are ones that I always try to have on hand because it's so hard to come up with something suitable on short notice. Makes it a little easier to focus on the message...
