The same 14 year old kiddo mentioned above has decided to take on the adventure of raising chickens! She has spent her own money, found her own blueprints to build a chicken coop and spends lots of time caring for baby chicks right now! She ordered them last week and they arrived in the mail!! Anyhow, chickens are on my mind this week so today's card features a cute baby chick!

Oh my goodness - this is wayyyy tooo cute AnnMarie! What a cutie! My beastie's son (11) did the exact same thing your daughter did. They now have the TajMa-Cluck chicken house with 10 chickens. I buy eggs from her now. It's been fun watching the process (from afar) and the chickens grow.
ReplyDeleteThis is so cute! Love your punch art chick!!
ReplyDeleteMy girls went w/ my Dad several years ago to pick up the chicks from the post office. They were in amazement that someone would mail chicks. My oldest DD is doing her best to convince me that we need chickens. Maybe once the house is built...
