Abstract Impressions Sampler wrap up!

Hi there! Are you having a nice weekend?  I have been busy, busy all day, but wanted to make sure I stopped by to share the last day of Abstract Impressions with you!  I have had so much fun playing with this set!  It has definitely earned its place on my very favorite of all time stamp sets list!! I wanted to end on a big, happy note, so I made a sampler to finish up this fun week of projects.  Would you like to see?

I stuck to the color scheme that I have used all week.  It feels pretty and very Spring like to me!  Here is my sampler all dressed up and added to a frame.

Here it is pre frame.  My base layer is Crumb Cake and I used it on several of the panels.  My layers are Blushing Bride, Pear Pizzazz and Very Vanilla. My ink colors are the same + Melon Mambo.

Here are close up shots of each panel:

I tried to use all of the different flowers in the set!  The wings of the butterfly are actually meant to be a flower, but I thought they made lovely, flutter-y wings!

I used several sentiments from the set too!  I added this sweet little flower from the Springtime Impressions Thinlits set.

Another of the sentiments! This butterflies wings are made from a leaf stamp!

I used the Large Letter Framelits for my letters here.  The background is embossed with the Tufted Dynamic embossing folder.  I stamped and fussy cut the flower and tucked a leaf from the Leaf punch underneath.

I used a flower stamp on the background here.  I just wanted a sploosh of color!  The sentiment is a partial stamp!  I let the rest of it fall off the paper so this was all that stamped!  The butterfly is also from the coordinating Thinlits set.

More sweet flowers.  Used the 2 step stamping technique to get the variation in color.

I just love this sentiment stamp!  Added some stems and flowers to dress it up!

More fun flowers!

I really enjoy making samplers!  They make lovely home decor pieces and are a great way to get the most from a stamp set!

I hope that you have enjoyed seeing all of my projects this week using the fun Abstract Impressions set.  I am offering a fun special!  The first 5 people that head to my web site and order this stamp set will receive the mini album that I showed yesterday and the first 5 people to order both the stamp set and the coordinating Thinlits will receive the album and a kit to create this sampler!!  Here is the link to my store:
