Biiiiingoooooo!

Hello, hello!!  How are you today?  I had such a fun, fun stampin' Bingo class recently and thought I would share that with you guys!  I had never played bingo myself and had no idea how much fun it could be! We had a great group of people and I made a big ole' pot of chili and put out a bunch of yummy snacks!  There was a table full of prizes for our winners and we played a few extra games around everything else that was going on!  I haven't laughed that much in a long time!!  Good stuff!  We played 4 games of Bingo and made 4 cards.  Here are the cards we made:

Fall is in the air, so I thought we'd start with a lovely Fall themed card!  These colors make me want to put on a sweater and sip some cider!

Next we made this sweet card that can be used for just about any occasion.  Soft pink and brown!

Next one is a birthday themed card. You can never have enough birthday cards on hand!

Finally, since the holidays are right around the corner I thought we would end the evening with a Christmas card...fa la la la la la la la laaaaaa!

I made everyone a tiny little thank you favor filled with some yummy treats.

Snapped this one before class started!

We had a full house!

My grand kiddo holding his own at the Bingo table!!  I may be a bit biased, but I happen to think he might be the cutest Bingo player ever!!

Bingooooooo!

I cannot wait to play again!  It really was a lot of fun!!

Next time we'd love to have you join us!!

I hope that you have a great day!  Be sure to stop back by soonest!  I have lots more to share with you!

A hodgepodge of projects!

Good Monday morning to you!!  How was your weekend?  Ours seemed to have flown by once again!  Feels like as soon as I opened my eyes to Saturday morning I was closing them again to Sunday night!  It is crazy to me just how quickly time flies by!  Hope your weekend was full of wonderful!

I have a jam packed post to share with you today!  I have not one, not two...but 6 projects to share!!  Have I mentioned that I will be attending Stampin' Up!'s On Stage! in November?!! *bouncing, bouncing!!*  It is going to be an absolute blast!  Not only will it be a fun gathering of 6,500 of my closest stamping buddies, but it is the 30th anniversary celebration!  Woo hooo!!   This get-together-go-round Stampin' Up! has opened up an opportunity to be a display stamper!  (Meaning they are gathering a sampling of fun projects to go on display for everyone's perusal!) In order to apply you had to create 6 projects and linky loo them back to them!  I thought I would give it a shot...I mean, why not!!  Life is short and you'll never achieve if you do not try!  So, I sat down and put together said projects. Here they are:

My first card base is Mossy Meadow and my layers are Whisper White and Blackberry Bliss.  I stamped the flower using the Bunch of Blossoms stamp set and punched it out using the coordinating Blossom Builder punch.

I added the pretty scalloped edge using the Delicate Lace Edgelit Dies.  I also tucked another one under the main image.  I used the Basket Weave Dynamic EF to add some extra texture and snuck in a little bit of bling with with the 1" circle punch and Silver Glimmer paper.

Card #2 has a Pool Party base and my layers are Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla.  I used the Waterfront stamp set to create this lovely,  serene  scene.  This stamp is set is nothing short of amazing!  You can create all sorts of pictures by flipping the stamps around and changing your ink colors. Love it!!

I just kept layering stamps until it made this calming retreat!  The sail boats are from the Lilypad Lake stamp set. I stamped those and fussy cut them.  I adhered them over the water and added some shadows with the Smoky Slate Light Blends marker.

Card #3 has an old timey vintage look and feel.  My card base is Crumb Cake and my other layer is Very Vanilla.  I used the Basket Weave EF to add some texture to the card edge.  All of these stamps are from the Very Vintage stamp set. I stamped the main image in Blushing Bride and used the Stitched Seasons Framelits set to cut it out as well as a matted frame for it.  I simply cut the frame piece out and then cut it in half and adhered it to the back top and bottom.

I stamped the bees and fussy cut them.  I bent up their wings slightly and adhered them to the flower image.  I sponged all of the edges to give the whole card that worn feel.

3D project #1 is made from 1 sheet of cardstock.  This fun box will hold several cards with envelopes or oodles of yummy chocolate treats to make a nice gift!  My box base is made from Blackberry Bliss and the embossed front is Whisper White.  The flower die cut is from the Stitched Seasons Framelits set.  I cut out a few and layered them up for a more dimensional look.

I added one of the designs from the Delicate Lace Edgelits to the top edge to give it a fancy feel!  It's the little details that really dress up a project!

It's a great sized box for a little gift!  You can match the design to the occasion or season!  So many possibilities!

3D project #2!  This fun box is made from an 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" piece of card stock!  I dressed it up with the Garden Impressions 6" x 6" DSP.

I added two layers of butterflies from the Springtime Impressions Framelit and a few faceted gems to the front.  Topped the whole thing off a Polka Dotted Tulle bow.

Here is the view from the top.  This little guy also makes a fun gift!  It will hold all sorts of yummy treats!  Just some simple scoring and folding and you are done!

Last item on the agenda is a scrapbook page!  This one is 8 1/2" x 11".  My base layer is Sea Foam Green and I used the Wild About you stamp set.  I stamped the images all over and added some shadows with the Smoky Slate Blends marker.  All of the accent pieces are cut and punched using Tropical Designs DSP. They went together very nicely!

The sweet little monkeys on this page are my beautiful grand kiddos!!  (We also have another on the way!!  * we are doing cartwheels and back flips!!*)  Every time I look at this page I cannot help but grin!  It will never cease to amaze me that gluing together a few scraps of paper and adding some inky designs can create such happiness!!  Paper crafts for the win!!

Here are all of the goodies that I used to create my projects today:
