Ooooooooooh preeeeetty!!!!

Good morning!!! Look what I woke up to this morning!!! I figure I must be about 7 because I was so excited I could barely contain myself!! I love snow! I don't really love being out in it as much as watching it from the warmth of my house with a gigantic cup of hot chocolate and a monster pot of soup on the stove! Something about watching the snow fall is just so comforting and mesmerizing! The first year we moved here it snowed like 3 feet!! I was totally beside myself with excitement, but that year must have been a fluke. It has snowed less and less every year and last year...nothing! Here it is though not even Thanksgiving and lookie!!! *bouncing around a little bit!!* Any how, just thought I would share! I will be back later with some stamped goodness!

Have a wonderful day! : )

  1. Happy snowy day to you! I feel the exact same way when it snows here in Vancouver, since I'm from Ontario (where we get snow for half the year, LOL) :O) Love reading your posts. Your writing is so personable and fun! :O)

  2. You're too cute AnnMarie!! I don't get as excited about snow (being in Illinois, we get quite a bit), but there is something magical about that first snow, or snow on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. The best kind of snow is the kind that you don't have to go out in! Great photos!!

  3. Here in Philadelphia snow is getting less and less common--we get a few storms a year but usually only enough snow to be dangerous on the roads. Fifteen years ago we had 35 inches and a week off from school! Being a teacher, you'd think I'd be less hopeful then the kids but usually I'm the one doing the snow dance!

    Enjoy your self!

  4. I love watching it snow too, from the house....or if I'm out walking in it at night. It's so peaceful and petty in the street lights. Only a flurry here so far this year.....
