Chevron patterned background, banners and a cute sail boat all say boy, boy, boy! This is a birthday card for a little guy! I paper pieced the sail by stamping the image onto the DSP and cutting it out and adhering it to the original image.
I popped up the main image using dimensionals and tucked the polka dotted banners in under there!

This card uses the same layout, but the polka dots are in the background rather than in the banners. This one is a birthday card for a little lady!
Little bit of pink ribbon completes this card and lots of bling because even little ladies like sparkle! LOL
