Christmas card Sunday #22 and an addition update!

  Hello! It is Sunday again (already!) and that means it is time for another Christmas card!  My card today uses traditional Christmas red and green and white!  I love the way these colors look together.  They really are festive feeling! What do you think?

The stamps are both from retired sets, but the background is our beautiful new Quatrafoil embossing folder!

I added a little bit of bling and put the sentiment on the Modern Label punch. I like this design and may wind up making a couple of these for my stash of cards!

In other fun news!!  We have been working our tails off on our addition the last couple of weeks!  Thought I would share a couple of photos of our progress so far!

Joists are all hung and we are working on the floor here.

Each joist got glued and then the flooring piece would get positioned correctly (tongue and groove) and then it would get nailed down!

My pink work gloves waiting patiently while we took a break!  It was stinkin' hot!! :)

 My daughter and I did the gluing!  It was similar to running snail adhesive from a tape dispenser! LOL

.....and allllll done!

From the end!  It is 32' long and 26' wide!  That is a lot of glue and nails!

So excited to be making progress!  Next we move on to the walls of the first floor!!!! Yay!!!!
