Christmas card Sunday #23

Hello there! :)  Remember a few days ago when I told you that I had purchased some retired stamps from some good friends of mine?!  Weeeeeeeell, I could barely stand waiting until today to show this fun card I made using one of the sets!!!!!   Take a look at these sweet faces (and their oh so stylish boot-ies!!)

Are these not the cutest carol-ers that you have ever seen?!!  My mom (HIYA MOM!!!) lives in Alaska and tells me all the time about the moose that come and visit in her yard so when I saw this set I scooped it right up!!  Guess who this Christ-moose card will be going to this year?!

I kept the card very simple because I really did not want to detract from the cute image!  I did slip in a little bit of paper piecing though!!  Their boots are stamped on the matching red and green from the card base for just a tiny little bit of pop!

This stamp set goes waaaaaaay back to 2000!!  That is well before I became a demonstrator so  I am giddy that I was able to add it to my collection!!

Details:
Stamps: Merry Christmoose (Retired 2000)
Paper: Garden Green, Real Red, Baked Brown Sugar and Very Vanilla
Ink: Soft Suede
Punches and Dies: Northern Flurries Big Shot die (retired)
Extras: Rhinestone (colored with a Sharpie)

Fa, la, la, la, la, la, la, la,la, laaaaaaaaa....

Have a good day!  I will be back soonest with more to share!
