Dressing screen card!

Hello!  Hump day!  Have you seen those cute dressing screen cards floating around?!  They are popping up all over the place! So I decided I would try my hand at making one.  Most of the ones I have seen have been four panels, but since I was working with an 8.5" x 11" piece of card stock I decided to try it with three.  It is such a fun little project!  I purposely decided not to find a tutorial and just do my own thing as far as measurements and decorating and I was very happy with the outcome!  This is the dressing screen card that I made:

Mine measures 6.5" x 9" and is scored at 3" and 6".  I used the decorative label punch to create the feet.  I just centered it between each scored section and punched a partial label.

Different angle.  I used the beautiful Watercolor Wonder DSP and the stamp set You Are a Work of Art.  That set is quickly climbing to the very top of my all time favorites list!   It will be available in the new catalog on June 2nd if you want to add it to your collection!  I just LOVE it!!!

I created the focal point on the front using the Decorative Label and Circle punches.  I hand cut the banner and faux stitched everything in place!  The small banners are from the Banner punch and the silver pieces are from the swinging label framelit set.  The tiny heart above the hi is from the Two Step Owl punch.

I used the Scallop Topper Tag punch to make the tops and covered the punched out tab bit with the new heart punch in the Itty Bitty Punch Accessories pack.

Final panel is decorated with flowers made from the Pansy punch. I punched two,  peeled them, roughed them up and then stuck them back together. I added circle centers with a jute tie on each!

Here is one final shot.  The center panel is reserved for my message!  Now all that is left to do is to write a note, make an envelope and send it away!  It will fold flat for mailing!

Fun, fun project!!  I recommend you try it! Holler if you have any questions!

Want to see another cute thing?!  The grand pumpkin tried bananas for the first time!

Such a sweetie pie!!!

Ok, off to a full day!  Enjoy yours!!  I will be back soonest!
