World Card Making Day!

Hello there!  Did you know that today is World Card Making Day?!  So exciting!  I decided to celebrate by making 10 cards and posting on Facebook that I would mail them to the first 10 folks that commented they were interested in receiving them!  I got a very positive response, so I will be spending my weekend making happy mail for some very wonderful friends! Yay!  Here is one of the cards that I will be mailing out:

Since today is the 1st of October I thought I would go with a Fall theme!  There is definitely a crisp feel in the air here! I used this fun Cable knit sweater embossing folder for the first time today and absolutely love it! It's like my card is actually wearing a sweater! LOL

Soothing Fall colors!

I sponged the leaf and then stamped the greeting right on it!  I used a regular hole punch to create the glittery circles!  Always nice to add a pop of color and when it shimmers it's even nicer! :) I will include a supply list down below.

Since I was feeling Fall I also threw some apples into the oven to bake!  Now it smells like Fall too!  If you hadn't guessed it, I really love Fall!

Yum, just yum! :)

Ok, here are the supplies I used to make this card:

I am off to work on some more cards!  Don't forget that today is World Card Making Day!!  Make a card or two and brighten someone's day!  Happy mail is so much nicer to receive than silly ole' bills and junk mail!

Have a wonderful day!  I'll be back soonest with more to share!
