Mini Album Part 2

**If you missed yesterday's post scroll down to the next post to see the outside of this project! :)

Hello!  Yikes!  My day has gotten away from me!  I meant to post bright and early, but things just kept coming up!  On the plus side we managed to get all of our yard work and a ton of house cleaning done today!  Ok, on to the good stuff!  I wanted to share some of the inside's of the mini album I have been working on.  The book has five pages with pull out pockets and despite it's tiny nature there is actually room for a ton of little photos.  I have added 20 pictures so far and still have room for several more.  I would advise against using too many embellishments or additional layers though because it could get too bulky to close well.  The inside of the album is made using one (!!!) piece of 6 x 12 paper!  The outside covers are made from the extra sheet of chipboard that comes in the packages of DSP.   Here are some of my pages:

Page one is of my youngest daughter.  She is an amazing kid! :)

Page two is of my youngest son.  He is an amazing kid! :)

Page three is of my oldest daughter. She is an amazing kid! :)

Page four is of my oldest son. He is an amazing kid! :)

Ok, I may be biased, but I am crazy about these guys! They are the most wonderful kids ever.

I kept the pages very simple to cut down on the bulk, but each one has some sort of added element.

Here is an example of one of the pull out tags.  Each kid's page has a pull out tag hidden in it with their name on it.  I sponged around all of the edges and made the pull tags from the Modern Label punch. I used one of the tiny alphabet sets from Stampin Up! for the names. The pockets are all secured on the outside!  Since they are so small to keep from making them even smaller  they are held closed by a piece of card stock on their outside!  Pretty clever!  ((Laura is a paper genius!))

Here are the first four tags in the book. (Haven't made #5 yet, but that one may be a family picture!)

This is what the book looks like with all of the tags on the inside!

I am just amazed at how many pictures this little album will hold!  I have had the best time working on it!  I think these would make great little stocking stuffer Christmas gifts!

Ok, well I still have some laundry and cleaning to tackle.  I hope that you are having a great day! I will be back soonest with more to share!
