I used one of the Best of 25 Years stamp sets to make this card! It is the flower set and I just LOVE it! All of the stamps in it are smaller than I thought they would be so even if you already own them these are a different size!! Scooooore!
The banner stamp is from Itty Bitty Banners and I cut it out using the coordinating framelits dies. I layered it on top of the Whisper White. I cut the large banner by hand and added some dainty little pearls!

Well, I can assure you that spring is not hiding here either... It has been a little warmer the past few days, but now they're predicting rain and colder temps again. Boo! But enough of our nasty weather!
