So, are you a keeper of all things like I am?!! Do you look at every little thing and wonder how you can re-purpose it?! I am soooooo guilty of this!! See what I mean:
Here we have ordinary old toilet paper tubes!! We all have a bazillion of these little guys laying around, right?! I have been saving some to make a toilet paper tube album (which are super cool btw!!). I was looking at my little stack of them and wondered what else I could possibly use them for and viola!! Inspiration struck!! Look!!! Loook!!!! Loooooook!!!!
Okay, well the tube is in there!! I promise!!! We will get to that, but first look at this adorable bunny!! He is made entirely from punches and the oval framelit dies! Minus the whiskers which I just snipped off the end of a scrap!
Here is a side view of this cute little guy!
Wooooo hooooo! Check out that tail! *giggles!!* It is a treat holder!! This is where that tube comes into play!! It will fit any of the mini candy bars! This one is currently holding a Ghiradelli chocolate square!
I covered the tube on both sides with card stock and then got busy punching and die cutting! I sealed up one end of the tube with sticky strip to keep the candy from scooting out of the bottom. He stands about 8" tall! He is holding a little Easter Message for someone in his little bunny paws! Now that was a fun project! I was grinning the whole time I was assembling! I think he would make a great addition to an Easter basket!

Adorable. If and when hubby changes the roll, I find the tube on my work table. Now I'll have to give this a try instead of throwing it out. Thanks for sharing.
