New catalog launch party!

Hello there!  Hope you had a wonderful long weekend!  We sure did!  I think we managed to pack about 8 days worth of activity into our weekend!  We worked on our house addition and I had two classes and we had a family dinner birthday party!  Both of my classes this weekend were so much fun!!!  Friday we made that awesome Vintage Collage which you can see here and then on Saturday we had  a New Catalog Launch party and I so wish you could have been there with us!!  Everyone got their copy of the new cattie and we played games and there were prizes and we used lots of new products to do our make and takes!  I also showed off some of the new products!  Fun, fun night!  Here are a couple of the cards we made using the new goodies:

This one uses new colors, a new background stamp, new sentiment stamp set with matching new punch and lovely new ink!!

Everything coordinates so well!!  

This one also uses new colors, another new stamp set and the same new sentiment stamp set and punch and another new EF!

We also played games!  We had a scavenger hunt, trivia question game and my favorite.........a contest to stamp a card with yours closed! I passed this card around:

Everyone took a look at it not knowing what was about to happen!  Then I handed out card kits and gave everyone their own stamp, glass block and open stamp pad.  Next I made everyone close their eyes and try to re-create the card!  *giggles!!*  It was so much fun! :)  

This is one of the cards that was made during this game!  There was a basket full of prizes and the person who's card was the closet got to pick a prize and the person who's card was the least like the original got to pick a prize! :)

I showed off the fun new clay molds and the beautiful flowers and buttons you can make and how.  We went over features of the new catalog and all drooled over the fun new products!  Everyone got a wish list too!  It was a great class!  Really wish you could have been there!  Next time!

This cutie patootie is my adorable hubby!  He is the master-mind behind this great plan! 

 The rest of us are just the grunt labor (and boy oh boy do I ever have the sore muscles to prove it! LOL)

We measured, hauled, cut, re-hauled and hung over 59 joists!!  We got the band joist in place and after we do some blocking we will be ready to lay flooring!  Woooohoooooo! :)  I just love it when a plan comes together!
