Oh Baby!!

Hello!  What a fun day we had today!  We threw a baby shower for my oldest son and his sweetie! I promised to stop by and share a few pictures so here I am and here they are:

Our food tables were over flowing with yummy!  We had homemade bread, mini cheesecakes, fruit salad, cupcakes, finger sandwiches, mini sausages, meringues, a cheese ball and crackers and chips.

We stuck little onesies in the cupcakes to cutesy them up.

Watermelon fruit salad bassinet!

Mini cheesecakes!

The spread!

We had a self serve candy table!  We made oodles of baskets to fill with candy!

We also wrapped Hershey's  Nuggets  and had mini Hershey bars that we colored the letters "SHE" with pink!

We had an advice table that we asked everyone to leave little tidbits of knowledge on paper onesies for the parents to be! They all went into a book!

Cat's mom made this adorable diaper cake!

Here is the advice table, the onesies and the books that they filled!

We had a decorate a onesie table too!  This was fun!  We put out fabric paint and plain onesies and everyone made an outfit for the little lady to be!

We made this tree to hang one end of a clothes line on and...

this post to hang the other end on!  We hung all the onseies to dry and be displayed!

Here they are all hanging up!

Drink table!  Pink lemonade of course!

Here is a banner I made to welcome our new little lady!

These were our food table centerpieces!  We made paper booties for each outfit and added the handmade tu-tus!

Here is the gift table as people were showing up and adding wonderful things to it!

Here was the chair our mommy-to-be sat in to open her goodies!

Her corsage made from baby socks, ribbon and pacifiers!

My son and his sweetie opening the goodies!

Love those smiles!

The traditional paper plate gift bow hat!  My son is a good sport!

The after math!

One of the gifts!

My son gave a thank you speech after all the presents were opened!  I was very proud of him! :)

Also, wanted to include a photo of some of my very favorite folks in the whole wide world!!  My kids  make my heart happy!  Love these  guys very, very much!

The shower was a success and it came together because of a lot of hard work by a lot of wonderful peeps!  Family is truly the sweet stuff of life!

I hope that you had a wonderful day too!  Big hugs!

You are right, your son was a good sport to wear that hat...only to have photo proof! LOL

Congratulations and thanks for sharing!
