Flower basket!

Hello! I have another treat holder to share with you today!  This is just a simple ole' box with a simple handle, but I tried to fancy up the front  just a tad!  This big guy could be used to hold chocolates or cards with their envelopes or maybe a journal and a pen for a nice, quick little gift....or chocolate!!  Did I mention it would be a great holder for chocolate!!?  *Big grin!*  It would hold a lot of chocolate too!!

A fun little box with lots of possibilities!

See the potential for all of that chocolate?!

The flowers are all made using the Itty Bitty punch pack and the leaves are from the 2 Step Bird punch.

I made the box from one sheet of 8.5" x 11" card stock.  I plan to make these at an up coming class so won't go into too may details here, but if you have any questions feel free to email me! :)

Details:
Stamps: None
Paper: Primrose Petals, Pretty In Pink, Regal Rose, So Saffron, Certainly Celery, Old Olive and Whisper White
Ink: None
Punches and Dies: Lattice Big Shot Die, 2 Step Bird punch and Itty Bitty Punch Pack
Extras: Gold Brads

Weather feels Spring-y today (Yay!!), so we are hoping to tackle a small Spring cleaning project!  Is it sad that I am really excited about that?! LOL

Have a great Saturday!  I will be back soonest with more to share!

Hello! :)  Ever want to do a tiny little something for someone?! I have a tiny little card to show you today!  I needed a tiny card to go with a tiny treat!
It is a 3 x 3 card!  Just the right size for a small gift!

Pastel- colors and a few colored rhinestones!  I faux stitched around the edges and used a blender pen for my coloring!

Happy Easter friend! :)

Happy thoughts!

Hey there! I made a card this morning that I wanted to share with you!  I made it for a very dear friend who I have known practically forever!  While I was working on it I just kept thinking about how fortunate I am to have so many wonderful people in my life! Big hug to every one of you! :)  Here is my card:

Lots of faux stitching!  Some bright, pretty pink flowers, a few stripes and a simple little flutterbye!

I sponged the postage stamp punch to make it stand out a little bit and added the third flower on with a dimensional.  I like dimension on my cards! :)

Details:
Stamps: Stippled Blossom, Field Flowers and Curio Collage
Paper: Lucky Limeade, Pretty In Pink, and Whisper White
Ink: Old Olive, Primrose Petals, Rose Red, Cherry Cobbler and Chocolate Chip
Punches and Dies: Postage Stamp and Stripes EF
Extras: Dimensionals, Essentials Paper piercing pack and sponge

Take a minute today to think about all of the wonderful people in your life!  It will make you smile big!

Have a great day!  I will be back soonest with more to share!

Love you!

Hello! How are you?!  I went outside this morning to take the picture of my card and guess what?!  It is flurry-ing AGAIN!! LOL  Spring....oh Spring!!!  Did Mother Nature not get the memo?!  Time for warmth and budding trees and flitting birds and flowers!!!  Sooooo I decided to make my own Spring today!  My card today is all pink and flower-y!!  Seeeeee:

I used one of the Best of 25 Years stamp sets to make this card!  It is the flower set and I just LOVE it!  All of the stamps in it are smaller than I thought they would be so even if you already own them these are a different size!!  Scooooore!

The banner stamp is from Itty Bitty Banners and I cut it out using the coordinating framelits dies.  I layered it on top of the Whisper White.  I cut the large banner by hand and added some dainty little pearls!

Details:
Stamps: Best of 25 Years (flowers) and Itty Bitty Banners
Paper: Primrose Petals and Whisper White
Ink: Primrose Petals
Punches and Dies: Itty Bitty Banner Framelits
Extras: Dimensionals and Pearls

If it happens to be Spring where you live please be kind and send a little our way! :)  Big cheesy grin!  Have a wonderful day!  I will be back soonest with  more to share!

ABC Challenge Time!

Hello! It is time for another ABC Challenge!  Today's challenge is to make an Easter card!  Can you believe that Easter is just around the corner?! Are your eggs all dyed, peeps all in a row, beans all jellied?! :)  Fun stuff!  I played around with a few designs for my card and finally decided to go with simple, sweet and colorful! Here is what I came up with:

I used the adorable Spring Sampler stamp set from the mini catalog.  Each stamp is matted on it's own postage stamp punch.  My colors are all pastel-y and I used the cute little stamp from Pennant Parade with Old Olive to mimic grass!

All the images are popped up on dimensionals and turned all willy nilly to make it feel like more fun!  See....sweet, simple and colorful! :)

I would love to see your Easter card creation!!  So, 'hop' on over to ABC Challenges and check out the challenge and share your card!

Have a wonderful day!

I will be back soonest with more to share!

Spring Sampler!

Hello!  Sorry to be so late today, but I needed to keep my post a secret until this afternoon!  I am having a class tonight and I always like to give out little goodies to my peeps when they arrive!  It is my way of saying thank you for coming over to play! :)  Here are tonight's little goodies:

Everyone will get a little basket with three little peppermint patties in them all dressed up for Spring!  Tonight's class will be making Spring themed mini flip albums so I thought these little guys would be perfect!

Here are the patties all dressed up!  I used the fun new set Spring Sampler in the holiday mini.

The front has a cute little lady bug!

This is what they look like full!

More Spring cuteness!

The baskets are made from  6 x 6 pieces of card stock.  I scored at 2" and then 4".  I flipped it once and scored them again at 2" and 4".  I cut two of the sides and adhered the sides to make the basket.  I added some trim and a handle and there you have it! :)  Sure hope they like them!

Chicks and Chocolate!

Hiya!!  Thought I would share  a couple of photos from my Chicks and Chocolate class this past weekend!  We had so much fun!!  Wish you could have been there with us! :)  Each chick that attended received this little thank you gift:

I made this using the Two Tags Big Shot die.  Each one had a little chocolate tucked into the middle!

Here were some of the chocolate goodies to nosh on:
There were chips and vegetables too but they weren't nearly as much fun so they didn't get their picture taken!

We made 4 projects and I have pictures of two of them to share with you:

We made this fun little Spring banner!

I tried to lay it flat to get a better picture!

First half!

Second half!

Here is the second project we made:

It lays flat wit a belly band around it's middle, but opens up to  reveal a fun surprise!!

Surprise!!!   There is a whole box hiding in that card!!

Here is the side view!

It will even hold a flat treat!! :0

Not sure where this pattern originated, but it is such a great project!!

We also made Gratitude journals with matching book mark tags to go inside!  It was a great class! :)  Hope you can make it next time!!

I have tons to do today so I better go get busy!  Have a wonderful day and I will be back soonest with more to share! :)
