Time is a funny thing!

Hello!  Happy weekend to you!  So, I need to ask you guys a question!  Do any of you find it difficult to squeeze everything into a day that you would like to?  I mean I feel like I am on the go all the time and my To Do list still never gets completely checked off!   I am beginning to suspect that I may possibly really stink at time management!  LOL

Ok, on to the real reason you stopped by!  Remember one day last week when I said I had been working on something that I was excited to share with you?!!  Well I am almost finished!!  I am finished enough that I can show you and you will get the idea!  Want to see?!

I made a rose wreath!!  I used a styrofoam ring as my base and then sat and made over 100 roses using the new Stampin Up! spiral die in the Occasions mini and adhered them on one by one!

Here is another angle.  I still have to add more roses to hide all of the green, but I am getting pretty close to being done!  I used 4 shades of pink and some Whisper White to break up all that pink.  It took me hours and hours to get this far, but looking at it just makes me feel really happy!!  I guess it is no secret that I really like pink!  I cannot wait to get this hung up somewhere!

Close up of the flowers!

And another!  This is a circle of happiness I tell you! LOL

This is a picture I took of the in progress stage!  Most of the flowers are singly rolled, but I added a few double rolled ones to add some interest.  I originally planned to add a big floppy bow, but have since decided that I do not want to detract from the flowers themselves.

Here is it one more time:

So, if anyone has any time management tips that will knock my socks off I would love to hear them!  Leave me a comment and let me know what works for you!

I am off to get ready for our monthly family dinner!!  The theme tonight is Mexican food and I cannot wait!!  Dinner is at 7 if you would like to stop by!  See you then!

  2. Your wreath is just AWESOME AM!!!! I LOVE all the shades of pink you used...I can't wait to get this die but I'm not sure if I could tackle this kind of project...I'll try though!!!

I think you're doing a wonderful job with time management! You have so much going on & accomplish so much...I could never have your schedule!!!!

An idea to help you feel more accomplished with your time would be to take 1 or 2 items off your list that aren't very important. That gives you a bit more time to do the ones that you can't drop. It worked for me.....
