Wreath Class!

Hey there!  Have you ever made a clothespin wreath?!  They are the cutest things ever.  They go together pretty quickly and you can make them for any occasion by changing the paper and embellishments! I had a class this weekend and we all made one!  Fun, fun stuff!!  I made one ahead of time and then made a second one during class.  Here are the ones I made:

I made two sizes.  This was the smaller one of the two.  It measures about 10" from top to bottom and used 37 clothes pins.  I cut my paper into 1/2" x 3" strips and covered my pins and then hot glued them onto a chipboard ring.

I added flower embellishments from the new Flower Frenzy Big Shot die to dress it all up!

This was the one I made in class!  It is a little larger and measures about 12" from top to bottom.  This one used 45 clothespins.  The adorable pin wheels are from this months My Paper Pumpkin kit!  They are so cute!!

I added some silver stars to top the whole thing off!  They matched the awesome giant silver brads that came in the MPP kit!  These were both a lot of fun to make!  I used the chip board that came in the packages of page protectors from the Project Life goodies to make the chipboard ring.

If you haven't tried one yet I highly recommend it!

I hope that you have a great day!  I will be back soonest! :)

  2. Both of these are so cute. I know that cutting those strips is a lot of work. Thanks for the mini-tutorial.
