To think of you...

Well, hello there!  I am so happy that you stopped by!  It is always nice to visit with you. :)  I have been playing in my stamp room again this morning and put together a card that I wanted to share with you.  We have had tons going on lately and I feel like I have been running all over the place, so I decided to take a little bit of quiet time this morning to just sit and re-group and reflect!  I spent some time thinking about all of the things in my life that I am grateful for and I suppose that is where my card found it's inspiration today. Take a look:

I combined Soft Suede, Blushing Bride, Very Vanilla and Gold (Foil sheets) with a touch of Garden Green.  I stamped the sentiment, which is from Eastern Beauty (I am nutty about this set!!!), in Soft Suede. I used Soft Suede for the little details around it too, but stamped off to get a lighter image.  I kept one teeny little piece of the scrap from the Floral cut out and used it on the card!  It's that sweet little flower on top and I topped it with a Rhinestone.

The new Metallic Edge ribbon is just beautiful!!  I wanted a little something to break up the floral die cut and that did the trick.  I made the flower from 2 Pansy punched pieces and separated them with a pop-dot (Dimensional...they will forever be pop-dots to me!) to add some depth to the card. The center is punched from the 3/4" Circle punch out of Gold Foil sheets. Those things are so pretty!  One more Rhinestone on top of the large flower and I called it done!

Sweet flower to dress up the card!  The Pansy punch makes a really pretty flower. It is a simple card, but often those are my favorites!

Here is a list of all of the goodies I used to make my card:

Time to get back to it!  I  hope that your week is off to a good start and that you are finding some time to be creative!  I will be back soonest with more to share and I look forward to visiting with you then! Have a wonderful day!
