Grateful heart tag!

Hello, hello!  How are you today?  Can you believe it is almost time for Thanksgiving?!  Honestly, seems like this year was just starting and now it is almost time to bring it to a close!  Thanksgiving is next week and I must admit that I am a little bit excited!  It is my very favorite holiday of the whole year!!  I was feeling Thanksgiving inspired this morning so wanted to make a project that reflected that.  Here is what I came up with:

I am a big fan of tags!  Loooove them!  I pulled out lots of goodies today to make this one!!  I started with a Soft Suede base.  It measures 3 3/4" x 7 1/2".  My layers are Pumpkin Pie, Very Vanilla, Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze.  I ran the Very Vanilla through the Correlated Dynamic Impressions Embossing Folder.   I stamped and punched 6 daisies to create the flowers.  I used my bone folder to curl them up and then layered them to get a nice full looking flower.

I added a third one using the Four Petal flower punch.   I punched one and crunched it up until I was able to peel it apart.  I wanted it to have a nice soft, textured look.  The flower centers are 1/2" circles stamped using the Daisy Delight stamp set.  The sentiment is from the Falling for Leaves stamp set.  I made the fun pumpkin using circle punches and topped the whole thing off with a tied piece of Burlap Ribbon.

Here is a close up of the flowers.

Would you like to make a Thankful tag too?  Here are all of the goodies I used to make my tag.  You can click on any picture to head straight to my on line store!

I challenge you to take a few minutes today to think about all of the things you are thankful for!  I did and my heart feels very full today!

Thank you for stopping by!  Be sure to stop back by soonest!  I have lots more to share!
