Phew! What a...

.....day!  We got up early, early early this morning to go to our fire department to help peel, core and slice 180 bushels of apples!!  That is a heck of a lot of apples!  We spent 10  1/2 hours there doing that!  Our little community has a Fall Festival every year and the big money maker is homemade apple butter...hence the 180 bushels of apples! :)  I am one whooped puppy!
