Hello there! Has your Paper Pumpkin arrived yet? My kit arrived yesterday and I couldn't wait to play with it!! It is a light, fun kit this month! Bright and happy and full of that good ole' Summer feeling! It makes 4 fruit baskets and 12 3" x 3" cards all with a fruit-y fun theme! I used some bits and pieces from the kit though to make an alternate card. Want to see?
I made a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card using one of the basket pieces and a few of the fruit die cuts. My card base is Crumb Cake and my layers are Old Olive and Whisper White. I used the Basket Weave Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder for the background.
That cute green and white checkered piece is tissue paper from the kit and the sentiment is from the stamp set included in the kit. I cut down the basket handle to make the new handle for this much smaller (and flatter!) basket. Cute and fun quick card! I love my Paper Pumpkin kits!
