Oldies are goodies!

Hello and Happy Friday to you!  Sorry to be so late posting today!  My day just seemed to run away with me today.  I have been wanting to pull out some of my old retired SU! sets and play with them.  There are so many great sets to choose from, but I went with one that is near and dear to my heart!  I was so sad to see this set retire.  It made my little heart happy to ink it up today.  Remember this oldie, but goody?!

This image is from Seaside Sketches.  Just love that set!!

Went a little nuts with the layers today, but hey sometimes a girl just needs to layer stuff! I stamped the image twice and cut out one of them and layered it on the second.

Hard to see in the picture, but the sky is sponged in Baja Breeze.  The rest of the colors were all added with ink and a blender pen.

I added Dazzling Details to the seashell to make it stand out some.  The DSP is retired too, so I won't go into product detail today.

Thanks for stopping by!  Always nice to visit with you! :)

I will be back soonest with more to share! Have a nice day!

  7. Pretty card! The way you added dimension to the image looks great.

I like how you are going back to use some of what you already have. I have made this a goal of mine this year. I need to shop myself first! It adds another layer of challenge to be creative-you rocked it this time!
