With Love!

Hello! Hope you are doing well today!  Ok, so show of hands...who else is ready for Spring?! It is coooooold here this morning!  Woke up to frost on everything  and decided that I wouldn't mind it one little bit if Spring just started creeping in and warming things up!  I am ready for the bright, happy flowers and warm morning air!  I do enjoy winter, but only for a minute and then I want it warm!  Since we are smack in the middle of January I guess I will just have to keep day dreaming though! LOL  On to the crafty-ness:

There are technically seven paper layers on this card. I just kept piling them on! LOL  I really love the stamp set Mixed Bunch because it coordinates with the Blossom punch.  (also because it is just really puuuurty!!)

This angle shows the embossed background a little better.  The banner is from the Hearts A Flutter Framelits .  The Small Oval punch fits perfectly inside.

The black background really makes the flower pop.  Gotta love that!  I like this stamp because I think it has a very vintage look and feel to it.

Details:
Stamps: Mixed Bunch and Field Flowers
Paper: Pacific Point, Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake and Basic Black
Ink: Pacific Point
Punches and Dies: Hearts A Flutter Framelits, Blossom Punch, Small Oval, Small Heart and Square Lattice EF
Extras: Rhinestones and Pearls

Isn't it funny how  so many things can go into making a card and it still looks so simple! LOL

Hope that you have a wonderful day!  I will be back soonest with more to share!

  7. Gorgeous! I would not have thought of this stamp for a Valentines card, but it is fabulous with the hearts layered on it!
I am with you on winter leaving. Right now our temps are in the 50's which seems a little odd, but by midweek we will be freezing again!
