14 years!!

Good morning!  Fourteen years ago today in the middle of a terrible ice storm a tiny (only 5lbs 3 oz!) ray of sunshine made her very first appearance!  Our very beautiful, talented, sweet daughter was born.  She is an amazing kid who has brought lots more sunshine shine into our lives since that day.  Although she will always be my little baby (sniffle!)  I wanted her birthday card to be a little more grown up his year.

I went with bold colors and nothing too frilly fru fru!  I added lots of fun little details though!

I used the new Hearts a Flutter framelits for the banners!  They are in the new Spring mini {which  goes live today!!  WoooHoooo!  More about that later though!}

Close up of the banners!  I cut two of the first one so I could frame it in black and make it stand out.  I cut it in half and added it to the back of the Chevron looking one.  I faux stitched the tops so they would look sewn on rather than strung from the traditional banner string.

I made the number more prominent than the sentiment because the birthday is one day but the age is all year!

Here is our adorable kid!

Here she is a today!  Happy, happy day to you our sweet teenage girl! We love you!!
