Well, hey there! Hope that you had a good weekend. Our's was very nice and busy, busy, busy! We got several to do's accomplished and ended the weekend on a wonderful note...hubby and I went out for dinner. I just love date night! (Especially when that date is my oh so handsome hubby!)
I have a card to share with you this morning that I made over the weekend. I used the new Beautiful Bouquet stamp set and the coordinating framelits. I love all of the sentiments in this set, but this one is my favorite. It reminds me that I am really fortunate to have have such a wonderful group of friends.
I stamped the background with an image of flowers and used Sweet Sugarplum ink.
The flowerpot is from the Grown with Love set. I ruffled up the edges of the top piece of Whisper White for some visual interest. Sometimes adding just a little bit of height or texture can keep your card from looking too flat.
I stamped the flower 3 times and cut the bottom one out using the framelits, but then fussy cut the top 2 layers to give the flower a more realistic look.
I covered each layer with Wink of Stella for some sparkle.
I added the gold dots using the Holiday Berry Builder punch and added the sentiment using 2 different sized circle punches.
