Painted Harvest hi!

Hello there!  I have been playing with the Painted Harvest stamp set again this morning and think I may have a new all time favorite  (ever!!)!  It is just so pretty and it has so many project possibilities!  Today I went with pinks, because well I love them! LOL  You could switch the colors up on this card though and totally change the look and feel.  Here is the card I went with today in all of it's pinkness:

My card base is Crumb Cake and the next two layers are Blushing Bride and Whisper White.  I stamped the Hardwood stamp set in Crumb Cake and added a Whisper White Stitched circle with a Scalloped Crumb Cake circle behind it.

I stamped my leaves on Old Olive in Garden Green and added the flower with a dimensional.  The leaves are tucked underneath so that the flower looks fuller.  The flower center is Crumb Cake.

I used the Large Letter framelits to cut out my letters.  I cut them out once in Blushing Bride and then a second time in Basic Black and adhered them together just barely offsetting them for a 3D look.

For the flower I used a Blushing Bride and Melon Mambo combo! (*giggles!*  I rhymed!) LOL I stamped the Blushing Bride, inked up again and turned the stamp a little bit and stamped again right on top of the first one.  Then I stamped the Melon Mambo on top of that.  That top more detailed stamp really makes the flower.  It adds all those awesome nooks and crannies.

Wanted to show you a couple of different flowers I made using the same color combo.  The difference in the two is that I stamped off (ink, stamp once on a scrap piece of paper and then stamp on your project)  on the left hand one whereas the right hand one is full strength. Stamping off gives you different shades within one stamp pad.  Pretty cool, actually!

Here are the goodies that I used to make my card today:

I am really enjoying playing with this stamp set!  I am offering an upcoming class using this set and cannot wait!!  I am considering offering the class by mil as well.  If this is something you think you might be interested in zip me an email and we can talk it over! :)

I hope you have a wonderful day!  I will be back soonest with more to share!
