Dragonfly dreams...

Hey there!  I am posting late today,  but wanted to be sure to stop by and visit and share my card with you.  I have had a very full, busy day!  Some days are like that and time just gets away from me.  Ever have days like that?  It has been a very good day though, so no complaints here!  Ok, onto the card!

My card base is Bermuda Bay and my layers are Very Vanilla and Crumb Cake.  All of the stamped images are from the stamp set called Dragonfly Dreams. I stamped the dragonfly on the card once and then stamped him again a second time on a separate piece of cardstock and fussy cut his wings out.  I colored them with the amazing new Blends markers and used my bone folder to curl them into shape.  I added them with a dimensional to give the card a 3D feel.  I also colored over them with my Wink of Stella glitter pen.  They shimmer like he's absolutely carefree!

I sponged the edges of my Very Vanilla piece with Crumb Cake and colored a little piece of ribbon with a Blends marker.  I read about that trick on Pinterest!  It takes the color beautifully!  I added 3 little gold glimmer accent dots using a standard hole punch and a strip of scrap Crumb Cake along the bottom to finish it off.

Here are all of the goodies I used to create my card today:

Have a wonderful day!  I will be back soonest with lots more to share!
