Well, hello there!! I am soooo excited to be celebrating my 11th anniversary with Stampin' Up! today!! My word...does the time ever fly!! I have loved every single minute of it! I can not begin to express my gratitude to this super, duper company! I have made so many life long friendships through my venture with them! I have learned a lot about myself along the way and quite honestly the outlet through creativity that it has offered to me over the years has literally been my saving grace more than once!! It has gotten me through some pretty challenging times! I love Stampin' Up! and I love what I do!! Nothing better than being able to teach people to tap into their own creative side and just go for it! I made a card today to give away with a stamp pad and stamp set!! I will be having a random drawing with everyone's names that place an order with me for $25.00 or greater through Sunday the 11th at 9pm. I used Painted Harvest for my card today! This is an absolutely beautiful set!! I stamped the flowers and then added the leaves by covering the flowers with a post it and letting part of the stamp fall onto the post it. This technique is called masking and gives the illusion of depth.
It is a 2 step stamp set and I used 3 colors plus a green for each flower. The sentiment is from the set too and I punched it out using the Every Day Label punch. I punched a second one in Basic Black and cut it in half and adhered it to the back. I popped the whole thing up on Dimensionals and added some silver accent dots that I punched using a standard hole punch.
