Not so mini mini album!

Hello there!  Are you having a nice weekend?!  I sure hope so!!  I have been hanging out all morning  in my stamp room playing with my schtuff! It is so much fun to just start playing with supplies with no actual goal in mind and then before you know it you have a finished project!  That is what happened with me today!  I just started slicing up paper and stamping things and gluing things together! LOL  I wound up with a not so mini mini album!  Fuuuun stuff!  Want to see?!

The base of my mini is made from Soft Suede.  I adhered my pages together back to back and then created a simple little spine to hide the folds.  Easy peasy!  I used the Decorative Ribbon Border punch for my fancy, schmany edge and then layered Pink Pirouette and Very Vanilla on top.  My stamps are from the Petal Palette and Hanging Garden stamp sets.

My little not so little album has 8 interior pages for the decorating.  I have left them plain until I decide what I want to do with them!

I am holding it here to show scale.  It measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".  Lots of room for pictures, more stamping, quotes, notes, recipes etc.

I love, love, (so much!!) love this stamp from the Petal Palette set!  I think it is just simply elegant and so easy to color!!  I used my Blends to color it.  If you haven't tried those yet, I highly recommend!!  They are a breeze to work with and you get such pretty results!

Here are all the goodies I used today to create my little mini not so mini album:

I am off to do some fun weekend-y things!!  I hope you are doing the same!  Seriously though, take some time out this weekend to create something!!  You'll be so glad that you did!

Big hug!!
