Hugs and kisses!

Hello there! Are you a Paper Pumpkin Subscriber?  I love my monthly Paper Pumpkin kit!! I broke my January kit out again today to make another card!  I knew I wanted to use some of the fun things they included in this month's kit for a card  using a design of my own! Cool thing about the Paper Pumpkin kits...you can make all sorts of alternate projects from them! There are tons of neat goodies in there!  Here is the card I created:

I started with their color choices of Flirty Flamingo and Rich Razzleberry and then just went from there!  My card base is Flirty Flamingo and I layered Very Vanilla on top; after I embossed it with the Simply Stripes Embossing folder.  The black piece with the gold hearts is from the kit.  I cut it down to the size I wanted and matted it against a piece of Flirty Flamingo.  I cut one of the tags (also from the kit!) in half and stamped the cute little hugs and kisses stamp (kit, kit, kit!) on it before tucking it between the layers!

The word, the heart and the butterfly die cuts are all from the Sunshine Wishes Thinlit die set.  I thought they all coordinated together very well! :)

Here are all of the things I used to create my card today:

I hope that your week is off to a great start!  I will be back soonest with more to share!
