Hello there and Happy New Year to you!! I hope that you had a wonderful holiday season! We sure did! We got to spend the holidays with our kiddos and grands and it was simply awesome!! My family means the world to me and it over flows my heart with all the warm and fuzzies to be able to hang out with and enjoy them! That is the really, really good stuff!
Now that the holiday madness has come to an end and we have rung in the New Year, it is time to shift gears and get some stuff done! I am super excited to get back to stampin' and my little blog and business! I am planning to "business hard' this year and I hope that you will hop on and enjoy the ride with me! I am going to have lots of fun things to share with you! Soooo excited! I thought I would kick off the new year with a celebratory card using some of my my favorite goodies:
My card base is Pink Pirouette and my matted layers are Basic Black and Whisper White. I cut my numbers using the Numbers Framelits and cut them from my piece of Basic Black to save paper! After I cut them, I layered my piece of Whisper White on top! Then I cut a set out from Silver Glimmer paper and layered and off set them giving them a 3D look. I did the same with my little silver accent pieces (punched using a standard hole punch!). The flower and the sentiment are both from the Color Me Happy stamp set.
I plopped ink right onto the Scattered Sequins Textured Dynamic Embossing Folder and then ran my Whisper White through the Big Shot to get this look. This fun new folder will be available in just 2 days in the new Occasions catalog!! I fussy cut the flower and the little sentiment.

LOVE this card! The black offset on the numbers is such a great effect!
