Hey there! Hope your week is off to a good start! It has been a nutty week here already and it is only Monday!! Yikes! I played with one of my new stamps sets today and think I am really going to like it! It is a really fun set to color! Want to see the card I made?
Is that not the cutest, most relaxing looking card ever? I kind of want to crawl right into it and spend the afternoon reading and napping! The trees have a bazillion individual leaves to color, but I found it a bit therapeutic! I used my Old Olive and Crumb Cake Blends to color them and the hammock is colored using the Pool Party Blends. I stamped the clouds and filled those in with the light Pool Party Blend as well.
I made the grass by stamping that little sprig several times in an uneven layer and stamping off in a few places to give it a look of depth. The sweet sentiment says We need to hang out more! I just love that!
